We separate engineering from hardware. You pay a one-time Setup Fee (€499+) for migration, environment configuration, and CI/CD pipeline with tests. Then a monthly Retainer (€249-€399) for monitoring, security, and stack management. The server itself? You pay the provider directly at cost (~€30-€80/mo). No hidden margins.

Because we believe in Digital Sovereignty. Traditional hosts hide engineering costs in hardware markups. We flip that model. You own the Hetzner or other provider account, you see exactly what the iron costs, and you pay us separately for the expertise to keep it running at lethal velocity.

Full stack management: WordPress updates, Server updates, PHP/Nginx/Redis optimization, 24/7 monitoring, Trinity Protocol backups, server-level security (Firewall/Fail2Ban), and direct engineer access for emergencies. The higher tier (€399/mo) adds Cloudflare edge caching with custom rules and global CDN management.

Our monthly plans cover stability and performance. New features, plugin refactoring, or checkout customizations are handled as separate engineering projects at €60/hour or a fixed project quote. Everything deploys through your CI/CD pipeline - clean, versioned, and reversible.

The Setup phase typically takes 1-2 weeks. This includes the forensic audit, sterile environment setup (Dev → Staging → Production), CI/CD pipeline configuration, server hardening, migration and tests setup. We don't rush this - the foundation has to be flawless.
